This negotiated project involved the complete refurbishment of the 1828 Georgian Style Bittesby House and the Kennels Building in Lutterworth. The completed spaces provide Gazley Plc with a Sales Office and rentable office space which they are currently letting to the University of Birmingham for educational use.

Bittesby House originated as a farmhouse, with some elements of the build dating back from the 18th century. The house was then substantially extended in the early 19th century, and further altered in the late 19th century. Internally, the house features many historic fixtures and fittings, such as fireplaces, doors, staircase, servant bells, panelling and cornice details in the principal rooms.
